01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and bayar88, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. By registering, accessing, or using any part of the bayar88 website, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

This Agreement governs the use of all services offered by bayar88, including but not limited to online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, and all other betting activities available on this platform. 02 User Eligibility

03 Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to register one (1) personal account only on the bayar88 platform. Opening multiple accounts, including the use of different names, phone numbers, identification numbers or payment details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of balances.

During registration, users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes full name, MyKad number, mobile phone number, email, and bank account or e-wallet details. bayar88 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if account information does not match the registered records.

The account password is the sole responsibility of the user. Users must keep their password confidential and must not disclose it to anyone. Any activity that occurs through a user's account, whether authorised or not, is the responsibility of the account holder.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bayar88 supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except crypto transactions which use the current exchange rate.

• The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM20.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen and the duration of security checks.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• bayar88 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bayar88 offers various promotions to registered users, including a welcome bonus, weekly VIP cashback, and other periodic offers. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements and must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

The bayar88 welcome bonus gives 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus requires wagering 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be processed.

The bayar88 VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers progressively higher weekly cashback, starting from 0.2% for Bronze up to 1.2% for Diamond. Progress between tiers depends on the user's betting activity over time.

06 Game Rules and Betting Integrity

All games available on the bayar88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports, mix parlay and others — are conducted in accordance with recognised industry standards. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, bayar88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet value to the user's account balance. Results that have been settled and credited before the disruption occurred will not be affected.

Users agree not to use any software, bots, or automated systems designed to gain an unfair advantage in games. Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to the support team and must not be used for personal gain.

07 Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the bayar88 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account under your own name or another person's name.
• Using false personal identification or stealing another party's identity during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

08 Limitation of Liability

In the event of a conflict between the Malay-language version and any other language version of this document, the Malay-language version shall apply and is final.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the bayar88 support team. Before closure is processed, any valid account balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements.

bayar88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Violation of the terms and conditions set out in this document.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
